Then this evening Asher turned in to a total love/snuggle bug! We were outside playing in the yard, and all of a sudden he puts his arms up to be held. When I picked him up he laid his head on my shoulder and put his little arms around my neck and patted my back. Jayme got home shortly after this and Asher did the same thing again! We went for a walk around the neighborhood and then when we got back it happened again. Of course our first thought is "oh no is he getting sick?" Not that he doesn't hug and kiss but not for long periods of time! So our fingers are crossed in regards to that thought, but oh how I cherish those moments.
He had a hard time going down for bed as well (also another sign of a cold coming lol). I went in and sang/rocked him twice, and both times when I stood up to put him in his crib he hung on to my neck again. I just stood there and held him, loving that he needs me/us so much! I know the time will come in a few years when he doesn't want us to hug and kiss him so much but for now, I love it, and want to remember it forever!!
Asher had his serious face on when checking out the tigers this morning!
Sweet Hannah was awake this trip to the zoo!
Asher's favorite new hiding/play place is the closet under the stairs :)
