60th Anniversary Part 2

The next day was Friday, and we had a chill day just hanging out with family.  Dad, Juan and Andrew went golfing; Rhonda, my people and GG/Papa/Abby hung out at GG's (we celebrated Rhonda's birthday a bit), and Aunt Debbie and family were in Orlando for most of the day.  We hung out with them for a bit before the event of the day: the anniversary dinner at the Artisan Inn in DeLand.  Dad rented out the banquet room for us, and we had a yummy catered dinner by the chef there, (who has many accolades to his name), and then we opened a few gifts before taking lots of pictures!  We were so happy to be a part of this celebration of two of our most favorite people!  After the banquet we went back to GG's house to play their favorite game: Dominoes!  It was fun to try and fit everyone around the table!
On a side note, after Thursday, Asher woke up daily and asked right away "Where are all my friends?"  He had such a great time hanging out with everyone!  One of the days right after this weekend I was putting him down for his nap when he crossed his arms, pouted and said "I want to see my tousins, where are my tousins?"  I told him I'd text Aunt Mandy and see what we could work out and he said "Otay, I want to see my tousins!"  Love that he is coming out of his shell and enjoying friends and family lots these days!

Happy Bday Nonna!
