Thursday on AMI

You've almost made it through to the end of the week, if you're still with me :).  The Rays game came at a good time, as it was good for us to be out of the sun for a day.
We had the pleasure of Grandpa/GGPapa's company at an afternoon Tampa Bay Rays game on Thursday.  We met at the main gates shortly before the game began, and we had a lot of fun making memories together and just hanging out.  We so appreciate Grandpa keeping Diego.  Diego behaves very well for Grandpa, as he doesn't take any crap from Diego, but the dog still gets lots of lovin.  It's so special to me that we get to hang with my grandpa, and that our kids get to have a great relationship with their great grandpa.  All the heart eyes, as they say.

 We went straight to dinner at The Feast, a delicious local restaurant.  After that we got some ice cream for dessert at Two Scoops (Hope had her first taste of ice cream and loved it), and then we arrived back at the house just in time for sunset.  Why not?!  This is the only night we took the kids, which worked out fine.  The past few years we tried to go every night and it made for messy kids and cranky parents!  This was great!
