Sleep Update and Disney Fun

This post was started the day after my "Prayer Request" post!

So if you happened to read my post last night, and were praying, THANK YOU!  Keep it up!  Hannah did not do well last night, Hope did ok, but Asher slept ALL NIGHT from 730pm-8am without getting up!!!!! Praise the Lord!! ;)
Update:  Asher hasn't repeated his sleeping through the night again, but for some reason I feel things have started to go a bit smoother, though everyone is up at some point during the night.  Thank you for your prayers and please continue them!
OK on to more fun things!  A couple (few?) weeks ago when Jayme was gone on a business trip I decided to be a bit crazy and take the kids and go spend the night at a Disney hotel.  Why you may ask (haha)?  Well, my aunt/uncle (my mom's brother Paul and his wife, Cindy), 3 of my cousins (my aunt and uncle's children) and their families were all spending the week at Disney, and I couldn't remember the last time I saw them!  Also, none of the above mentioned people had ever met my kids.  SO I packed the kids up (thanks to Abby for keeping Diego, and Grandpa for keeping Pito, as he needed a lot of TLC because he wasn't doing so well), and we headed south.  I knew once I got there I'd have lots of help, I just had to make it there haha.  The whole group was staying at Port Orleans Riverside, and (on Amanda's suggestion) I manged to snag a room in the same building as them.  First we stopped at Papa's house to drop off Pito and have a yummy lunch from Tom's Pizza.

After our lunch and short visit with GGPapa, we headed to Orlando.  I kept hoping the big kids would nap, as we didn't plan to meet up with everyone until about 630pm, which is Hannah's current bedtime!  It was going to be a late night, and a nap would help things considerably.  Asher fell asleep pretty soon after we left DeLand, but Hannah talked my ear off, until we were in the parking lot of the hotel, little goober.  It was about 3pm, still before official check in, so we sat in the van, let them sleep, and waited for the Salis' to arrive for some backup! :)
After checking in we managed to get everything unpacked, despite some Magic Band (a wristband that serves as your key to the room) issues.  Uncle Paul was taking a day off from the parks, so we got to visit with him while I unpacked!  It was Elena's birthday, and she decided she'd like to go swimming.  Just as we were getting all the kids geared up for the pool my cousin Mark knocked on our door!  It was really neat to see him- it was like no time had passed, and when he saw that I was a bit stressed out with all the action in our room, promptly took Hope from me so I could get myself ready for the pool.  It was really neat!
I was a bit concerned Asher and Hannah wouldn't remember all their swimming skills, and the pool was pretty crowded, but they did very well.  They both need some work on their floating, but their swimming was great!  We just did short distances to the wall, and then they remembered how fun jumping in is, and jumped over and over again with their first cousins and second cousins!
So my cousin Mark and his wife, Dawn, have 4 kids.  My cousin Amy and her husband Dan, have 3 kids, and my cousin Jordan and his wife, Gina have 2 girls.  We made a pretty big group!  Aunt Cindy kept saying "wow we are really blessed" as all 16 kids ran around the hotel restaurant!  We kind of took over a section and visited while eating dinner.
After dinner some of the big kids wanted an opportunity to swim, as they hadn't gone earlier.  Mine were not allowed to go back in, so Amy and I took them over to the playground area and let them have at it!  Eventually everyone ended up over at the playground, after the pool closed, and the kids acted like best friends, running around and playing together like they did it every day!  The adults got some time to chat, and I have to note that Hope did awesome.  She was passed around to I don't know how many people, after not getting her usual naps and she didn't start melting until about 930/10pm!  So proud of our sweet girl.
Nap time in the parking lot!

Checking in to the hotel with my little man, and Aunt Mandy waiting with Hope and the luggage while Uncle Paul and I went back to the front desk to get my Magic Band fixed!  The resort is very spread out, so this took some time.  Thank you to Uncle Juan for taking the big kids to the playground while all this was happening!

The room- kind of a campy theme.  Asher was hilarious- when he walked in he asked "where's the rest of the hotel room?"  He is used to us having a condo type situation when we spend the night at Sea World.  I laughed very hard.

Don't they look cute?  Don't let them fool you!  I had to try about 6 different arrangements before everyone got some sleep.  We ended up with Asher in the bed you see here, and Hannah over with me in the other bed.  Sometime in the middle of the night Hope joined Hannah and myself.  Nobody got much sleep (I think they conked out at about 1130pm) but we made it through!  Also, this was when Hope was doing all of her sleeping in the swing!

Cute pull down bed that both big kids tried but neither could get comfy on.

The next morning the kids and I packed up, went to breakfast at the same food court restaurant that we ate dinner at, and then they wanted to play on the playground before we picked Pito up from GGPapa.  I called Grandpa when we were in the checkout line, and he said Pito was not eating and he had a fainting episode.  I was really stressed out, and hurried the kids through the playground time.  It was a bit challenging having 3 kids and no "help" the next morning.  We were on the second floor, in a building with no elevator.  I packed everything up and then thought "how am I going to get all 3 kids and the luggage to our car.  Do I leave the kids alone in the hotel room while I make trips?  No...Do I put them in the van in their carseats and make trips back and forth...no....Ah Ha!  Bell hop services!  I called the front desk and asked for help and within 10 minutes a lady showed up with a fancy dolly and loaded up all our stuff.  She bumped her way down the stairs with the kids at her heels watching this contraption, and while she did lose half the stuff at the bottom of the stairs, nothing was broken and I didn't have to leave the kids unattended!  Winning!  Off to breakfast, where at one point I abandoned the stroller and our food at the table because Hannah had to go potty while we were eating breakfast (after I had asked them both 1000 times if they needed to go), and then again at the playground, because I couldn't find the ramp to get us up to the bathroom at the pool area with the stroller, and Hannah really had to go!  Ahhhh the joys of toddlers!! :) Overall it was so awesome to see family, and so worth it.  It is a special memory, one I won't forget anytime soon!
