Date with Hannah

I have felt recently that Hannah seems to feel a bit left out, and is vying for attention more than usual.  It could be her age (4 was my least fave year with Asher thus far), or maybe the fact that Hope just had a birthday, she's the "baby" and is always doing "cute" things, so she gets a lot of attention. Also, everything with Asher is new and exciting, since he is now in kindergarten.  He is also in tball, which takes up some time in the evenings, too.  Hannah is doing awesome in VPK, but I don't get to volunteer in her classroom (parents aren't allowed to hang out in preschool due to separation issues with kiddos), and she is comfortable and we know the lay of the land there as well, which is actually a great thing, but it means less conversations about daily things at home, beyond what she tells me about her friends.
Anyhoo, she got some good one on one time with Jayme on Saturday, helping him on a few errands, and then I surprised her on Sunday with a trip to the movies to see the movie of her current favorite princess, Moana.  Moana came out in 2016, so we didn't see it on the big screen.  There was a reprise of sorts this past weekend, in AMC theaters.
She was very happy, and made cute little yay noises all the way there, once I told her what her surprise was.  We stopped by a gas station so she could pick out a snack (cheaper than the theater haha), which she also thought was cool.  She chose a pack of Oreos and a fancy apple juice.  She snuggled close to me during the movie, after being allowed to eat 7 ! Oreos and drinking her juice.  It was a fun afternoon.
Pinkies up!  Don't know why but I rolled with it!

She's a fun gal, very sensitive at the moment, and anything sets her off, so you can keep her in your prayers!  And keep me in your prayers too hahaha.  She's happy most of the time, but can roll her eyes with the best of them currently.  She is silly, loves her siblings deeply and is always willing to help.  She lights up when you give her attention, and we are super glad she is ours!

Hannah came running to me while I was helping Asher with his homework one day last week, saying "Mommy give me your phone, Hopie looks so cute reading a book on the bed!"  These were her pics :)

Having a "moment" when we were praising Asher for getting his I Spy award.

She LOVES making art projects, especially for her BFF Hannah Pugh.  Today she asked me "Mommy, why don't Hannah Pugh and I live next door to each other, like Fancy Nancy and Bree do?"  Fancy Nancy is her current favorite tv show on Disney Jr, and Bree is Nancy's BFF.

Being silly after our Target run!
