This Week

This weekend/week has brought a quick visit with Abby, Asher's first bike ride outside of the neighborhood, and....duh duh duh duh.....Asher and my last day of school!  We are officially "retired" from paid work haha.  I plan on taking the next few weeks before Sweet Pea arrives to just hang with my cutie pie, wash some clothes for Sweet Pea to wear, and maybe have a few outings with Asher.  I am excited to be at the end of my pregnancy, but not quite ready for two little ones.  Even though Asher won't remember any of this transition that's coming up, or what it was like to be without a sibling, I feel sad that our days with just him are numbered.  Not to say I'm not happy about another baby, because I definitely am, it will just be different.  Most moms I talk with about this say it's normal and they felt the same way, and that it's still wonderful, just "different."  The new one fits right in and before you know it, you won't remember what it was like without him/her.  Ok enough ramblings from a preggo haha.
