This past Friday was a good day! We got to meet Aunt Mandy (Mindee, Asher says) when she was on her way up to a friend's wedding in GA. We went to Chick-fil-a and had about an hour of quality time. It was Amanda's first trip alone in quite awhile, and I have to say Juan did an amazing job keeping the 4 little people for the whole weekend! Quite impressive! I have decided I need to let Asher do a little more feeding himself, despite the mess it may make- I have a control issue here haha. So at Chick-fil-A we set out chicken nuggets, fries and even sauce for him to dip. He just looked at us like "Really?" I did pretty well, except for when he started just licking the sauce off if his fingers, forgetting all about the food! Thanks Aunt Mandy!
Friday afternoon we just played in the backyard. Asher climbed up on his slide and took his shoes off, which meant he wouldn't get down (doesn't like the feel of grass on his bare feet yet). Score! For me, this meant a chance to get some pics of him while he is still (a rarity)!

Saturday brought My Gym for Daddy and Asher, a party for our neighborhood, and the Counting Crows concert for Amy and myself!
