Pool Days

This is Asher's last week of ISR lessons.  I am SO excited and also a little nostalgic!  We have spent so many days with Ms. Amy and we will miss her!  More about all that later, but to reinforce what he is learning with Amy I have been taking Asher and Hannah to the pool every once in awhile.  This week we have made it twice, both on Monday and today.
 Asher is doing so very well, and we are just so proud of all he has accomplished!  He is able to swim, float, swim float to the wall and also to the stairs.  He LOVES to play on the stairs, and loves to go underwater.  He often steps down to the bottom step, then puts his head under and swims back up to the top step.  Asher does this over and over and over again!
He also loves playing with these little dinosaurs (he calls them 'saurs') we bought while in Anna Maria.  He asks to swim to the wall and says "ready, set, GO!" just like Amy does with him during lessons.  He also sometimes counts while he is floating- it's pretty cute.  We will practice as long as the water is warm enough!  So proud of this little guy.
