We enjoyed ourselves a lot- saw the Sea Lion and Otter show, did NOT go see Pet's Ahoy, spent some time in the kid area taking the little people on whatever they wanted, saw the dolphin show and just hung out! We happened to see the shows in which the animals did not perform well! I think that made it all the more fun, I liked seeing the inside things that happen. Sea World has always fascinated me! Things have changed a lot since I was a kid, but I was always desperate to be the kid that got to stand on the edge of the Shamu/dolphin ledge and feed them fish. I would have been scared but one of my pipe dreams was to be a trainer! Ok I digress. :)
It was great to spend time with Grama and Papa, and nice for Jayme and I to be able to get ready in the morning in peace while the kids were entertained and fed by their grandparents! Little luxuries that mean a lot. :)
After we parted ways at Sea World, we headed to see our friends, the Zachry's for dinner, and to meet their newest little miracle, Matthew. He was born 364 days after their sweet angel baby Luke went to heaven, and man is he a blessing! Easy, sweet, happy baby, just what they needed after such a tragedy. Cole and Asher played well together, and Asher even asked to play with "Cold" this week after being sick for several days! He also constantly asks me "Mommy can we go to Sea World tomorrow?"
After visiting the Zachry's we scooped Abby up from the Sali's house and made it back to Jax at about 830pm.
A great weekend, despite our camera loss. Thanks Grama and Papa!
Manatee Viewing- Hannah calls them "Mah Mah"
Sea Lion and Otter Show, Take 2
Kid Area
Asher calls this ride the "balloons"
Papa got in on the action too!
Daddy's Girl-
Dolphin Show!
Hangin' out, saying good bye until next time Sea World! I also have to note, that this little one did NOT want to be in the stroller, and walked any chance we gave her. At the end we could tell she was tired because she just kept sitting down on the curb as we walked out, like "I just need a rest for a second." Sweet spunky gal!
