Yesterday was another great day! We went to church in the morning, then after lunch I disappeared for the rest of the day. First I had my regular hair appt for color and cut, then last night I went to a Miranda Lambert concert with Dawn, Barbie, Vera, Julie, and Haley! We went to dinner first, then headed downtown to Veteran's Memorial Arena to enjoy our floor seats and some great country music. I don't listen to much music these days, other than kid stuff, but I enjoyed the concert a lot! It was great to be out with friends, and Miranda Lambert is adorable, a great mix of sassy and sweet. Oh and all her guitars/boots were either pink, or covered in rhinestones, or both! Loved it! One of my favorite songs is called "Mama's Broken Heart." It's a cute song about being southern and how a "mama" raised her girl to "hide your crazy." Too funny :).
I had the honor of driving all the ladies in the minivan. Many jokes and teasing ensued about our hot night out....in the minivan. It was all in good fun and hey it got us all from point A to B together! Loved it! :)
Kids in great hands with Daddy!
Opening act called the Brothers Osborne, just to show our seats. There was a section of people who stood the whole time, and we were in the 5th row of the seated section!
Woo Hoo!!! SO MUCH FUN!!!
