Donut Princess

I wrote most of this on Saturday night :):
Today was a great day.  We celebrated our cutie pie Hannah turning 3 (albeit a few days early).  Right after Asher's birthday she requested a donut birthday party, with "los (lots) of people to my party."  She likes to eat, and I think her favorite meal is breakfast, so I figured we would do a brunch, with Hannah and donuts as the centerpiece.  We added in a bounce house, a lot of really great family and friends wearing pajamas, and voila!  The perfect party for our sweet girl.
Thank you to those who were able to come out, and we missed those that weren't (many came from central Florida!).  We enjoyed GGPapa last night as well, as he came up and spent the night with us!  The kids had fun playing catch and being silly with him before they went to bed.
I wish I could remember all the fun things Hannah said today, but it was very evident she enjoyed herself.  Tonight I asked her what her favorite thing about the day was and she said the bounce house :).  I was very happy that she got in and bounced her little heart out- at Asher's party in October she wanted nothing to do with the bounce house!
This morning she ran around the house saying "Mommy! I'm excited to my party!"
A special shout out to Jayme, who did more than his fair share of cleaning and helping me prep for the party, and clean up afterwards.  Love you babe!  Thank you as well to Abby, who manned the coffee station!!!
We love you sweet girl and are so very blessed to be your parents.  It was the perfect day for our princess!

Last minute shopping trip on Thursday evening to Target and Home Goods for her pinata and plates/napkins etc.  She found a tiara and wore it around the store while also carrying her pinata.  She garnered a lot of attention from the employees :).  She also let me put her snack in her sparkly dog purse.  She said "Mommy! I like to have my gosish (goldfish) in my purse."  You'd have to hear her talking to get the cuteness but she's a hoot!

Stuffing the pinata on Friday afternoon/fun with GGPapa

It's PARTY TIME!!!  We served donuts, egg casseroles, oatmeal, fruit, cheese, yogurt, waffles (and many toppings for both of these), coffee, milk, OJ and almond milk!  Guests went home with chip clips and cookies shaped like donuts :).

The aforementioned pinata

Hope was napping at the beginning of the party!

My friend Jamie, who is also one of Hannah's teachers.  She walked around all afternoon saying "I love my teachers!"

Some great men :)

My neighborhood friend, Stephanie, and her son Cameron

 Our sweet bday girl

My friend Vera and her handsome sons, Rocoo and Roman

Pinata action!  It was broken by some brutes with the baseball bat! :)  We decided Asher's lasted so long back in October because we used a little stick instead of the bat!

Asher and his buddy Layton, they are in the same class at school- Layton's mom is Jamie, one of Hannah's teachers.

These two ladies are the winner of our best jammies prize!  Laney made their shirts!!!
