Friday

Friday was a good but eventful day with the little people!  Unfortunately, right after Hannah woke up she developed itchy hives in about 7-8 places all over her little body.  I suspected it was a reaction to her antibiotics for her ear infection, but decided to wait it out, since it wasn't too severe.  I put some cream and essential oils on the itchy spots, and we went about our morning.  They faded, so I thought, well why don't I give her another dose of meds (she was supposed to have one in the a.m. and one in the p.m.) to see if that's what it really is.  We went and got Asher's haircut at the far away place (why not take a 35 minute field trip??), and a few times during our trip Hannah complained she was itchy.
We grabbed some lunch and then I put her down for her nap.  When she woke up she didn't have any really bad spots but I thought I'd call the doc just to see if I should pull her off the meds.
Well, they didn't like hearing about the hives.  I was told to "quick like a bunny" bring her in.  Well, I had just changed into my workout clothes, Hope hadn't eaten in about 3 hours and was napping, and Asher was naked haha.  I called Jayme to see if he could meet us quick and thankfully he could.  Long appt later, it turns out we need to add Hannah to the list of family members who are allergic to penicillin (she was on Augmentin).  So if anyone needs to know, Asher, Hannah and myself are all allergic to the penicillin family!  It's not looking good for Hope ha.
By the time we were done with the doctor appt. it was dinnertime, so we went by Zoe's Kitchen, and I actually had a successful meal solo with all three kids!  Jayme had gone back to work.  Yay!  It was a crazy day!

Hard to see, but it was quite shaggy:)

Much better!

The big kids have been playing together really well this past week or so, and they took a few minutes to play with Hope.  They still like her, thankfully!
