Summer Fun at Crossroad

The next few weeks are going to be filled with fun for Asher and Hannah.  On Monday they started a program called Summer Fun at church.  It's a mix of teachers and kids from the preschool and church.  There are two classes, one of younger kids and one of older kiddos.  When I received our information email it said both of our kids would be in the same class.  However, when we arrived Monday morning I was told they'd be in separate classes, though a lot of the day they'd be together.  Their little faces said "uh oh!"  and when I left they were a little unsure.
However, when I picked them up, their teacher told me they gave Asher the choice, and he was VERY sure of his answer- he wanted to be with Hannah and Caleb (a friend from his preschool class).  So they let him stay with the younger class.  So glad they are at a place where each kid matters!  Their behavior is very good I am told, and yesterday they both received special stickers because they were the only ones who helped clean up without being asked.
The program runs this week, next week and the following week.  It's Monday- Thursday, 915am-1250pm.  Each week has a theme- this week is Arctic Voyage.  They are coming home very tired, and seem to be enjoying it.  There are some pictures below of their first two days!

Where they go for their Bible story every day

This is not either of theirs, but Asher is super excited to bring his home!
