Jayme's Birthday

Welp, it's lots of fun having birthdays two days apart- fun to be the same age for a couple of days.  Sunday morning brought more celebrating, this time of our man of the house.  I actually had it pretty easy for his birthday!  He decided he wanted to go paddle boarding, and took along a friend from work.  The kids and I ran to Publix quick in the morning and made him a good breakfast and opened his gifts before he jetted off to the beach.  He was gone most of they day!    We were so glad to hear he had a fun time, and I am so glad the weather was good, as the poor guy rarely gets to paddle board anymore!
The kids and I took it easy while he was away, and we made him a cake as well.
Then, a bit before kid bedtime we got to go on a date!  Jayme picked, and we went to The Flying Iguana, a yummy place near the beach.  Afterwards we went to Barnes and Noble and just looked around.  Happy Birthday to the love of my life!  We hope we can help you  make this your best year yet!!
