Weekend!

We had a very chill weekend here, which was nice. We did some errands as a family, which was different and fun.  Asher got some new tball gear, as he has finally outgrown his tball pants that we got him for Halloween 2015 ha.  We grabbed some new shoes and shirts as well.The van got its oil changed, and we are also enjoying the Olympics.    We had lunch together, played outside a lot (Daddy was happy to take a lot of outside shifts, and I got a few things done inside), and Grama H. came by for a bit yesterday afternoon on her way back home to GA.  Good, simple weekend!

I'm amazed at what 2 minutes of editing can do. I walked outside and she ran up to me all excited.  Without checking my settings I snapped her pic.  It was obviously on all the wrong settings, but with some help it turned out cute!  The goal is to take great pics "inside the camera" so you don't spend all day editing, but this was an exception to the rule.  

 Playing soccer with Daddy turned into a wrestling match.  #dadfun

ICE!  This child loves our soft nugget ice as much as the rest of us.  She hears me scooping it and comes running, yelling "Ice! Ice!"  She gets the biggest grin when you hand her some, and then begs for more.  She stood in the same spot the entire time she was gobbling it up- this NEVER happens these days!

As I mentioned before, Asher is loving playing on this board.  Jayme's presence was requested, and they had a father/son addition lesson.  Asher is really eager to learn these days.  Love my guys!
