Work Baby Shower

On Wednesday Jayme's office hosted a co- baby shower for us and another couple, who have a baby coming the same week as us!  The kids were very excited for Lovebug's party, and super excited they got to go to Daddy's office.
It was a dessert shower, with yummy bundtlets from Nothing Bundt Cake, and cookies from Bob Evans.  This mama's sweet tooth was well taken care of!  :)  The kids had a blast as well, helping us with the 3 games we played, and Asher even helped us win one of the toys!  We played the "guess the cost of the baby item" game, with everyone broken up into two teams.  Whichever team guessed the closest to the correct price acquired the item/toy.  There was a really cute lion/rattle/lovey thingy and I thought it was worth $12.99.  I told Asher to yell out $12.99 and he did!  He was correct!  We also were the lucky recipients of a turtle hanging toy for the carseat, and I was glad we won that as well, because Hannah would have been upset if we didn't get it!  She LOVES turtles!  It was a fun part of our afternoon, and it was nice to see Jayme before he left for his whirlwind 24 hour trip to NYC for a meeting.  Lovebug and all of us are very blessed :).

 Thanks Ms. Beth for the coloring books and crayons to keep us busy!  She also sweetly spread a blanket out on the floor for them to have a "picnic" on, which they really enjoyed!
