We decided to start our Sea World day in the afternoon, as most of the Christmas shows began then. We didn't get to all of them, as there were many other people who had the same idea we did but we enjoyed the day none-the-less. The decorations were beautiful, the company was great and the memories are precious!
We started the day at the Sea Lion and Otter show, as this was Asher's one request- not if we could go to it, but "when are we going?" He was super serious the whole time, but really enjoyed it. As I type this post he is in the family room belting out the theme song to the show! Hannah was her happy go lucky self and danced and smiled through the whole thing.
Great pic of their respective personalities, though Asher has a huge silly side too
We took our time walking through the park, looking at the decorations. We did a lot of pics between shows :). We ate a quick dinner in hopes of making it to see the nativity show, O Wondrous Night, but it was full before we even had a chance to get in line. So we walked around to the other side of the park, where we went on the merry go 'round before meeting up with Amanda and kids at the ice skating show! We made it to our seats 30 minuets before the show and are glad we did! It filled up fast. It was worth the wait, as the show was spectacular! Sweet Hannah finally gave up and fell asleep at the end of it, and I got to snuggle and hold her until the end of the next show, the Shamu Christmas show. It was my favorite show of the day....really great ambiance, and the show was about miracles. After that we wandered through the Christmas village, which had adorable booths containing food and trinkets, and a really neat area with multiple electric trains. We watched the Sea of Trees 5 minute show and experienced "snow" in the marketplace area before heading home.
We spent the night at Grama and Papa's house in Port Orange, with all the comforts of home, including a new daybed with trundle, similar to what Asher has here in Jax, and Minnie Mouse and Paw Patrol night lights! Very sweet.
Hannah is in the "touch everything" stage, so we are working with her on just looking. So now when you say "don't touch that!" or "Get down!" she immediately says "Look, look." It's cute!

Sunday morning we hung out at Grama and Papa's and then went up to their church after the service so their friends could meet/see the kiddos. Asher was very friendly, and Hannah looked cute in her little sweater dress. The meet n greet was a success!
Hannah went down for a short nap and Asher asked to "go fishin' with Papa" so he, Jayme and Papa went down to the dock and fish they did! I went down to take some pictures and they caught 3 fish within about 20 minutes! Way to go guys!
Hannah loves to push Asher on the trike!

Fish #1 and I got some lovin'
Catfish was #2
Red fish was #3, and was going to be eaten until Asher saved his life by leaning over the bucket and saying "Awww I love him"
After all the fishing we went over to Auntie Ann and Uncle Duane's house for a DELICIOUS meal of ham, made-from-scratch mac n cheese (rumor has it it's one pound macaroni to 2 pounds of cheese), cornbread, salad and some yummy desserts! A great time to hang out as a family and exchange Christmas gifts! Wonderful time together.
Hannah got the biggest.minnie.ever. from Aunt Kirstyn and Uncle Joey. It's currently taking up half of her bed in her room!

Asher and Nicholas are quite the buddies- Nicholas is a year older than Asher but they play really well together!
