Spring Break Week!

We had Spring Break the week of March 19th.  It ended up being a very chill, not go anywhere kind of week, which ended up being very lovely!  I asked the kids a few times if they wanted to go to the zoo or anywhere and they said they just wanted to play with their toys at home!  So that's what we did!  Well I guess I should mention the one idea Hannah had about where we should go - I'll preface it by saying I told the kids we couldn't do Sea World or Disney because they are too far/expensive and Hope was supposed to have swim lessons all week. 
"Mommy we HAVE to go on a trip this week.  We can't go to Disney right?"
No babe we can't.
"Ok, let's go on a Disney cruise then?!"
I laughed and texted Jayme.  His response was "At least she is willing to compromise."  😆
We ended up having a bit of sickness as well!  Hannah had her 4 year exam scheduled for Tuesday of Spring Break, which was good because she had a lingering cough from the beginning of the month.  The night before her appointment Asher ended up in our bed, in a lot of ear pain.  He had a ton of wax blocking his ear canal, and after getting that irrigated there was an ear infection hanging out behind it all.  Poor guy!  So we just took it easy!
We played outside when the weather permitted, and spent a lot of time in our jammies!  We made muffins, play doh, and met Daddy at the playground one afternoon.  It was heavenly!  I didn't even take as many pictures as usual haha. 

When Mommy is desperately trying to make eggs and Hope wouldn't leave me alone, Hannah took it upon herself to entertain Hope, and made a little ice picnic for both of them! :) 

He's a pretty tough kid, was smiling even with ear pain!

There was a lot of tape used as well, for various art projects, or things like this...though I'm not sure what it was! 

 Some days Hannah had more success getting Hope to eat than me!  She's a little mama!

It's a shame Hpoe doesn't have anyone to help her get down the slide hahaha

Muffins!  They didn't go over too well with the kids but I plan on trying to make them often for me!

Hope discovered Sesame Street, and "Emo!" is one of her favorite words at the moment!
